We had a panel discussion with Phoenix Winter, President of the Carnegie Community Centre Association, Tamara Vrooman, President and CEO of Vancity Credit Union, Janet Austin, CEO of the YWCA Metro Vancouver, and Anita Huberman, CEO of the Surrey Board of Trade.
How do we turn the tide on increasing inequality in BC and ensure that all British Columbians share the prosperity in our province? Kathryn Gretsinger moderated the panel, which discussed creating vibrant, diverse and inclusive communities that leave no-one behind.
ASL-English Interpreting was provided.
Samara Canada had a Vote PopUp booth, which they used “to foster interest in the election and demystify the voting process for first-time and infrequent voters.”
