The Parent Advocacy Network for Public Education (PAN) is a non-partisan grassroots collective of parents and community members who share a commitment to public education. We are working to address the chronic underfunding and devaluing of public education in Vancouver and across British Columbia by creating a strong network of parents who support one another in advocacy. You can visit their website here.
FACE (Families Against Cuts to Education) has provided a very simple email tool to write to the Premier, the Minister of Education, the Opposition critic for education, the NDP Opposition leader, the leader of the Green Party, and your MLA, to tell them what you expect your government to do in the long-term interests of public education. Click here to tell them that BC needs a long-term approach to education that provides stable, predictable, adequate funding.
